- It is defined as a level of material comfort which is measured by the goods, services and luxuries available to an individual, group or nation.
- It also speaks about the economic conditions of any country or any person.
- It shows how much expense is being incurred towards our status of living.

Question 2:
What are the different ways through which the government can take steps to provide healthcare for all? Discuss.
Solution :
In India, private healthcare services and hospitals are more in practice. However, as these private hospitals are very expensive, poor patients cannot afford to be admitted to such hospitals. On the other hand, government hospitals are few, not equipped properly and do not have good experienced doctors. Hence, the government should pass a regulation prohibiting the private practice of doctors to provide healthcare services for all. Other than this, there are different ways through which the government can take steps to provide healthcare for all:
- Opening and maintenance of

- Hospitals
